Contracting in the manner of contracting
1. The minimum area for a contract is 300 hectares.
2. All project costs are the responsibility of the employer.
3. Execution of the project from A to Z is the responsibility of the contractor (from the land preparation stage, planting stage, maintenance stage and harvest stage)
Steps of concluding a contract for the implementation of the project as a contractor:
Step 1:
Negotiate and review the major items of the project and provide suggestions and how and initial agreement on future collaborations.
Step 2:
Visit the desired land area at the invitation of the employer
Terms of implementation of the second stage:
- Pay for air travel and accommodation for 2 people for at least 3 nights
- Paying $ 10,000 for face-to-face visits, feasibility studies, initial assessments and technical surveys, including (Water and soil sampling for the laboratory, environmental and climatic conditions of the area such as climate, local vegetation, water and Earth position and …)
- Ensuring the implementation of ownership and approval of the necessary permits of the applicant.
Step 3:
Setting a time calendar and determining the obligations of the parties in the pre-contract stage and determining the method of water supply.
Step 4:
Contracting according to the agreed time calendar.
Step 5:
Delivery of land and water and necessary facilities and equipment to the contractor.
Step 6:
Execution of the project according to the agreed time calendar
